Nova Poshta delivery within Ukraine usually takes approximately 2–3 days after order confirmation. Timing may change because of the carrier, weekends or regional conditions. The site lists international delivery by Ukrposhta as approximately 10 days depending on destination.

Can I exchange or return the garment?

Clothing can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt when it is unused and the original labels and packaging are preserved.
