How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed during working hours are dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta, with a tracking number provided after dispatch. Transit time depends on your destination. Can I exchange or return the garment?

Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return. Keep the item in its original condition with its tags and proof of purchase; it must be unworn and unwashed.
