Cotton Tencel and flannel

The collection includes a knitted shirt in 100% organic cotton at 180 g/m². A separate Tencel model uses 50% Tencel, 45% cotton and 5% elastane at 220 g/m². The flannel model combines cotton, wool, acrylic and elastane; its textured surface and different construction give it a distinct feel.

Choosing the silhouette

For a semi-fitted shirt, check room through the chest and shoulders: the fabric should not pull between the buttons. Allow extra space if you plan to wear it over an essential T-shirt. Pair it with men’s trousers or jeans, and check the hem length if you prefer to wear your shirts untucked.

Is the Tencel shirt made entirely from Tencel?

No. The listed model blends Tencel with cotton and elastane. A material in the name is a useful guide, but the individual specifications provide the full composition.

How can I check the long sleeve fit?

Compare sleeve length and shoulder width with a comfortable shirt. Bend your arms: the cuffs should not pull strongly on the sleeves or cause strain between the buttons.

Which material should I choose for everyday wear?

Consider organic cotton for a familiar cotton feel, a Tencel blend for a different drape, or flannel for a textured layer. Compare the exact composition and weight of each shirt rather than choosing by the category name alone.

How should I care for a shirt and can it shrink?

Cotton, wool and cellulose-based fibres can respond differently to washing. There is no single care programme for the whole range. Follow the label, gently reshape while damp and avoid high-heat drying unless permitted. Do not assume a universal shrinkage allowance when selecting your size.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed during working hours are dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Can I exchange or return an item?

Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return. Keep the item in its original condition with its tags and proof of purchase; it must be unworn and unwashed.
