How should I wash the garment?

To preserve the colour and shape, wash with similar colours using the programme specified on the care label. Use a mild detergent, gently reshape after washing and dry as recommended for the garment. Avoiding excessive heat is especially important for fabrics containing elastane.

Can natural fibres shrink?

Cotton and other cellulosic fabrics can shrink after washing. A gentle programme following the care label and drying without excessive heat help preserve the fit. Choose your size using the individual style’s size chart; where its description gives a length-shrinkage allowance, take that into account when comparing measurements.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed during working hours are dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta, with a tracking number provided after dispatch. Transit time depends on your destination.
