A winter jacket combines several functional layers. The outer fabric, insulation and lining play different roles, alongside the hood, fastening and cuffs. A material name or description does not establish a shared waterproof specification or temperature rating for the entire range. Check the details of the selected jacket and consider wind, humidity and your activity level.

Room for layers underneath

The jacket should fasten over your planned layers without pulling strongly across the chest. Check arm movement, sleeve length and comfort when seated. Add a hoodie or sweatshirt underneath and an appropriate beanie for colder conditions. Simply choosing a larger size does not guarantee a good fit: the model’s proportions also matter.

Can I judge warmth only by how thick a jacket looks?

No. Insulation type and distribution, the shell, fit and other layers all matter. A visibly bulky jacket is not automatically the right choice for your wearing conditions.

How can I check there is room for a hoodie?

Compare the jacket measurements with a comfortable layering jacket you already own. Check fastening, shoulder movement and bent elbows while wearing the hoodie you plan to use underneath.

Should I choose a parka or a bomber?

Choose a parka when you want a longer silhouette and more coverage, or a bomber for a shorter line. Compare the garment length with your height and check that you can move and sit comfortably in the selected shape.

How should I care for a winter jacket?

Follow the individual label: the shell and insulation may need a specific care programme. Do not automatically apply cotton garment washing instructions. High heat or unsuitable washing can alter the shape. If the instructions are unclear, ask before the first wash.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed during working hours are dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta, with a tracking number provided after dispatch. Transit time depends on your destination. Can I exchange or return an item?

Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt to arrange an exchange or return. Keep the item in its original condition with its tags and proof of purchase; it must be unworn and unwashed.
