Didn’t the size or item fit?
Simply return the item as a separate shipment, covering the return shipping cost. We will contact you after receiving the item to arrange an exchange or a refund. Detailed information is available in the “Exchanges & Returns” section.
Ukrposhta (international shipping)
Orders worldwide are shipped via Ukrposhta.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the parcel according to the courier’s price list.

Payment in cash (UAH) when collecting the order from our warehouse. -
Bank transfer
Payment in UAH to a PrivatBank card via the Privat24 app or terminal. -
Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta)
Payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.
