1. Can I reserve an item?
You can reserve an item by placing an order on our website. When our manager contacts you, please specify the period for which you would like to reserve the item (up to 5 days).
2. Size Chart
To choose the most accurate size, please use the measurements we provide специально for cases when you are unsure. The size chart is available on the product page next to the size selection.
Measure a similar item you own according to the parameters shown in our image and choose the size that most closely matches your measurements.
To measure an item at home the same way we do:

gently straighten the garment without stretching it;

measure on a flat, hard surface (table or ironing board);

make sure there is enough space to measure long items correctly;

measure the maximum length if sleeves and edges are straight;

keep the measuring tape close to the garment;

measure all outerwear from the back;
-
measure garments worn below the waist from the front (jeans, shorts, skirts, etc.).
Chest width (A) – measured from armpit to armpit
Length (B) – measured from the back, from the lowest point of the collar to the bottom edge
Waist width (A) – measured along the waistband from one edge to the other
Rise (C) – measured from the top of the front fastening to the beginning of the inner seam
Leg length (B) – measured from the top of the waistband to the end of the outer seam
Leg width (D) – measured at the bottom from the inner seam to the outer seam
Sleeve length (C) – measured from the armpit to the end of the sleeve
3. Care Instructions
By following the care instructions indicated on the product label, you will significantly extend the lifespan of your garment. More detailed information can be found in the “Care Instructions” section.
4. Are all items from the website available in partner stores?
We strive to supply our partners with the full assortment. However, sometimes the last item or size may already be sold out.
Please check availability by phone or reserve the item in advance at the selected store. You can also contact us regarding the item you are interested in — our manager will let you know which store has it available or help arrange delivery from our warehouse.
