How can I return an item that didn’t fit? (English version)


You can exchange or return an item within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
Please note: the return parcel must be sent without cash on delivery.

Important information

Please note that items from the following categories are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • SOCKS

  • UNDERWEAR

  • OUTLET

Be sure to include your phone number, as it may be required for quick communication.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received:

  • no signs of wear or use;

  • with factory tags attached;

  • in the original packaging.

A refund will be issued to your bank card within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.


How to send the return

  • Send the item as a separate parcel, paying the shipping cost;

  • Inside the parcel, include:

    • a completed exchange/return form or

    • a note indicating:

      • the size you would like to exchange for or

      • your bank card number for a refund,

      • and the reason for return.
