Men’s thermal underwear sits close to the skin beneath your main clothing. This Seven Mountains category features thermal leggings to wear under everyday or insulated trousers. They cover the lower body and are not a matching set with a thermal top. They complement your other layers rather than replacing protection from wind and rain.

Fabric and feel

The ALPINA Thermoactive model combines 80% micro-polyester with 20% elastane and a micro-brushed inner surface. The polyester fabric and substantial elastane content distinguish it from cotton underwear: stretch and a close fit without excess folds are important here. The micro-brushed reverse creates a soft inner surface, while stretch allows the fit to move with the body.

Building a layered outfit

For city wear, combine the leggings with men’s trousers and choose upper layers for the weather and your activity. Moving continuously and standing still call for different levels of insulation. A comfortable temperature range cannot be established from the thermal underwear name alone; footwear, outerwear and individual comfort also matter.

Is a top included with the thermal leggings?

This section offers thermal bottoms sold separately. Add your preferred top and outer trousers for the weather, choosing each layer for the fit you enjoy.

Can I wear thermal leggings under regular trousers?

Yes, if the outer trousers leave enough room. Check movement through the hips and knees: the two layers together should not restrict your stride or press at the waist.

How closely should thermal leggings fit?

They should sit close to the body without large folds or restricted movement. Pressure at the waist is not a sign of correct thermal fit. Check the model’s size guide rather than assuming tighter is better.

How should I wash them and can they shrink?

Cotton and other cellulosic fabrics can shrink after washing. A gentle programme following the care label and drying without excessive heat help preserve the fit. Choose your size using the individual style’s size chart; where its description gives a length-shrinkage allowance, take that into account when comparing measurements.

How long does delivery take?

Orders confirmed during working hours are dispatched the same day; other orders are dispatched on the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Delivery within Ukraine is by Nova Poshta, with a tracking number provided after dispatch. Transit time depends on your destination. Can I return an item if the size is wrong?

We accept unworn, unused underwear with its tags and original condition intact under Seven Mountains’ additional service terms. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt.
