Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Orders received outside business hours, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” service:

Delivery to a branch or parcel locker (from 80 UAH, 1–2 days)
