How do exchanges and returns work?

For products covered by its general process, the store states 14 days after receipt, with tags and packaging retained and no signs of use. Underwear, socks and Outlet items have separate restrictions. Check the exchange and return conditions before sending anything back; report defects or fulfilment errors to the team separately.
