How can I return/change an item that doesn’t fit?

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days after receiving your parcel. Please send the parcel without cash on delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Exchange/return of order №”.

Please note that items from the SOCKS, UNDERWEAR and OUTLET sections cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please provide your phone number, as our specialists may need it to contact you promptly.

Please make sure that the items are returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them: without any signs of use, with the original factory label and in the original packaging.

The refund will be issued to your bank card within 5–10 business days.

Please return the item in a separate parcel and cover the shipping cost. Inside the parcel, include a completed exchange/return form or a note specifying the size you would like to exchange the item for, so that we do not need to contact you again. For a refund, please provide your bank card number and specify the reason for the return.
